My Story

I am a compassionate and highly skilled registered psychotherapist with over six years of experience in
the mental health field. I obtained a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University
and am a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). My
expertise lies in effectively addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression,
trauma, behavioural challenges, anger management, conflict resolution, and providing support for grief and loss.


My commitment is to ensure fairness, inclusivity, and equal opportunities, fostering a supportive and
collaborative environment for learning and growth. I specialize in individual, family, and group therapy,
and I possess a genuine passion for assisting clients in overcoming their personal obstacles and embarking on a journey of healing. Through a client-centered and compassionate approach, I create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace.


With comprehensive background training/certification in therapeutic approaches like Cognitive-
Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapies,
life skills, and alternative evidence-based therapies, I am equipped to provide a diverse range of
interventions. My practice incorporates therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy
(CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioural Activation (BA), Solution-Focused
Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Mindfulness Practices and
Psychoeducation strategies. By customizing sessions to address the specific needs of each client, I strive
to empower individuals to recognize their own strengths and cultivate healthy coping strategies,
facilitating enduring change and emotional well-being.


In my personal life, I place great importance on self-care and recognize that tending to my own emotional
well-being is crucial in order to effectively support others. I take pleasure in engaging in fitness-related
activities, watching sports, immersing myself in nature by exploring trails and cherishing valuable
moments with loved ones.


I am excited and eager to embark on this journey with you, working towards a future that is brighter and
more fulfilling. Together, we will navigate through challenges, discover personal growth, and strive
